About
Our story
Opened in 2023, Hotel des Grands Voyageurs brings a touch of contemporary Parisian elegance to the heart of the 6th arrondissement. Set at the corner of Rue de l’Abbé Grégoire and Rue de Vaugirard, the seven-story hotel stands where a historic establishment once welcomed travelers. Just steps from Saint-Placide station and the neighborhood’s lively boutiques and cafés, it offers the perfect base to experience Paris — where timeless charm meets modern style.
Art at the hotel
The Hôtel des Grands Voyageurs elegantly celebrates the golden age of travel. Its atmosphere evokes the opulence of a transatlantic ocean liner as well as the refinement of a legendary train such as the Orient Express. Designed by decorator Fabrizio Casiraghi, every corner of this 4-star establishment invites escape, surrounded by Klimt and Chagall lithographs, wood paneling, and star-patterned carpets.
Fabrizio Casiraghi
To design the distinctive interiors of the Hôtel des Grands Voyageurs, architect and designer Fabrizio Casiraghi masterfully blended Milanese sophistication with French lyricism. His unique approach combines the timeless elegance of old-world Europe with a nostalgic evocation of the golden age of travel.
His design concept transformed the hotel into a true collection of immersive spaces, infused with stories and echoes of a fascinating past. Every artistic and decorative detail, carefully selected, evokes a cherished memory, creating a residential atmosphere that is both inspiring, comforting, and warmly welcoming.
